Leading a two-year digital programme for Jean Hailes for Women's Health

Jean Hailes for Women's Health is a national not-for-profit women's health organisation. Tangible worked with Jean Hailes across a two-year digital programme spanning its website, CRM, search and accessibility.

01

Tangible's role

Tangible was responsible for the digital transformation strategy and managed the programme through implementation. Its programme leadership covered project governance and delivery support, coordinating Jean Hailes' teams with the external developers engaged by Jean Hailes to carry out the development.

02

Improving rather than replacing

Jean Hailes faced problems across its website, CRM and third-party integrations. The programme did not assume a replacement website was the answer. It improved the existing Craft CMS website, upgrading it during the programme, and simplified the systems around it.

03

What changed across the programme

The programme moved the CRM from Salesforce to Insightly, dismantling legacy Salesforce integrations such as forms as part of that change. It brought the separate Women's Health Week site into the main Jean Hailes website and moved site search to Algolia, where results could be filtered by topic, content type, audience and language.

04

Accessibility

Accessibility improvements were a core workstream, including a reskin of the brand for accessibility. The accessibility work followed an independent Vision Australia audit of the existing website.
